  1. Hello, I hope you can help me with two questions. The key for question 1 is B, but I feel option A makes more sense.
    For question 5, how could we know that the election was before 1027?

  2. Question 1: There are 2 “get it” in the sentences and the meaning of the second one is asked. So, there is no problem here.

    Question 5: “– Deli Dumrul was the elected emperor in 1027.” According to this sentence, we do not know when the election was. However, if he was the elected emperor in 1027, there are two possibilities. The first one the election was in 1027 and the second possibility is that the election was before 1027.

    So there is no problem with this question, either.
